Inside Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an inside sales and customer service coordinator who wants to play a central role within our team. This person will contribute directly to the customer experience while supporting management in various administrative and operational activities.

You will be one of the main points of contact between our company, our customers, our suppliers and our internal team. Through your professionalism, organizational skills and ease of communication, you will help deliver a customer experience worthy of the Savage Trailers reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and in person
• Prepare quotes and follow up on sales
• Coordinate inside sales through to delivery
• Support management with various administrative and commercial tasks
• Participate in certain purchasing activities and supplier follow-up
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure orders run smoothly
• Keep customer files up to date
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience and administrative processes

Qualifications

• DEC in administration, sales, business management or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and spoken French
• Strong organizational and priority-management skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Assets

• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of the transport, trailer or utility equipment industry
• Knowledge of the ATV, side-by-side, snowmobile or other recreational vehicle market
• Experience with an ERP or manufacturing management software

Working conditions

• Permanent full-time position
• Start date: as soon as possible
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Salary: $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and skills
